Proudly serving the families of our fallen heros.

One Family. One Mission.

The CIA Officers Memorial Foundation is a top-rated 501 (c)(3) charitable organization with a sacred promise to financially support the education and well-being of children and spouses of all fallen CIA Officers.

CIA officers are the first line of defense for our country. They accomplish what others cannot accomplish and go where others cannot go. Should the worst happen, we are the first line of defense for their loved ones.

Every CIA officer takes an oath to defend and protect the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. This oath is administered in front of the Memorial Wall to remind new officers of the inherent risks of their work and to honor those who came before them.

We, the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation, have a sacred promise to protect the families of the brave officers who willingly accept these risks. We honor the fallen and injured by providing individualized support to their children and spouses. We walk side-by-side with CIA families from their journey of loss and trauma toward healing and resiliency.

A Sacred Promise

CIA Officers Memorial Foundation ensures educational support from “daycare to dream job.” Our family advocates work closely with eligible surviving children and spouses of fallen and injured CIA officers to provide individualized support. We vow to be there for these families today and every day in the future.

What We Do

Benefits Programs

CIA Officers Memorial Foundation ensures financial assistance for a post secondary degree from an accredited college, university, technical, or trade school. Our array of programs includes funding for daycare, camps, tutoring, counseling, college planning, college scholarships, and college-to-career transition support.

Family Advocacy

Our educational and family support services go hand-in-hand with our scholarship program. Our dedicated staff proactively contacts every family of fallen CIA officers at the earliest appropriate time and then remains in steady communication through the years. To help each student reach their full potential, CIA Officers Memorial Foundation (COMF) offers individual academic advocacy, programs, and services to all eligible children beginning in daycare. COMF’s advocates are there to ensure each student is on track to reach their goals.

The Foundation's event planning and participation are both local and regional. The Foundation's hallmark fundraising event is the Richard M. Helms Award Dinner held annually in the Washington D.C. metropolitan region. The Foundation also hosts additional fundraising events, such as the annual Khowst Memorial Golf Tournament and gala dinners outside of Washington D.C. throughout the year to increase donor awareness.
