The CIA Officers Memorial Foundation supports the well-being and educational needs of children and spouses of all fallen CIA officers. The Foundation works with the CIA to ensure that when the death of any Agency officer occurs, we become immediately involved. As many of you know, I became friends with Nate Chapman who was the very first service member to be killed in Afghanistan. Nate had been deployed on behalf of the Agency when he was caught up in an ambush on January 4, 2002.

KippsDeSanto & Co. presented an invitation-only battle of the bands to benefit the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation and The Special Operations Warrior Foundation. The event was hosted by Dan Aykroyd and featured bands comprised exclusively of musically talented personnel throughout the national security community. Judges included Tish Long, Mike Vickers, Charlie Holland, and Scott Large.
